If you receive damaged or incorrect items please contact us within 5 business days and we will send out replacement items and arrange a return of the items you have.

Many of our products are made from natural materials, and some these materials are recycled. As a result, there will likely be variations in item color and texture between production runs. We feel that such variations add to the unique quality of our products, and are not considered defects. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return it and we will either exchange the item for a unit closer to what you expected or refund your payment.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of order, and must be in unused condition. We do not accept returns of clearance or sale items, and shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless you received incorrect or damaged items. You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid. Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return, and one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

In order to return an item, please carefully rewrap it in its original packaging along with a copy of the packing slip, and tell us whether you would like a replacement or a refund. Send it back to us at:
