Shipping times (from completion of order to delivery)
Shortly after you order from our web store you will receive an email to confirm the items ordered, address info, and shipping method. If you see any errors, please contact us immediately. After we ship your order, you will receive another email with the package tracking number and a tracking link.
If we cannot ship in a timely manner or if there is a problem with your order, we will contact you. If you don’t receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation via email, please email us at email@example.com.
